This full-body cleanse focuses on cutting out common toxins and nourishing your body. Start by removing refined sugars, dairy, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine, and wheat. Drink more water—up to a gallon daily.

For the first 10 days, eat mostly vegetables and fruits (half raw if possible). Choose organic, especially the "Dirty Dozen": apples, bell peppers, cherries, strawberries, grapes, spinach, pears, and celery.

Supplements support detox and then replenish nutrients starting day 8. Add fish oil, smoothies with protein, and light exercise. If possible, use a sauna to sweat out toxins. Avoid microwaving—steam your food instead.

In the final 11 days, continue the plant-heavy diet and add clean proteins: wild salmon, organic chicken, and grass-fed beef. Expect possible early detox symptoms like fatigue or headaches—signs your body is adjusting.
