MORE SUGAR PLEASE

If you have come into the office recently, you have noticed a bunch of sugar in the entry way. It’s actually 160 lbs of sugar depicting the average amount consumed by Americans each year. It’s quite staggering when you really put into perspective. Some people aren’t aware that sugar is not just in the form of sweet and granulated. One of the largest sources is in flour or wheat……grains. Your taste buds may notice the difference but the rest of your body does not. It’s actually unhealthy to inundate our bodies with it. It can create numerous Health problems such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, obesity and other related Health problems. Why have we gone so far down the wrong path? Well a big reason I see is the formula to Health most of us have learned growing up:
Notice that the MAJORITY of our calories consumed are supposed to come from grains! This is a big deception that we have all been misled to believe.
