Why I Recommend Fish Oil for Everyone

Fish oil is one of the most beneficial supplements you can take. It’s a rich source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids—nutrients your body cannot produce on its own and must get from food. While Omega-3s are also found in nuts like almonds, fish oil offers a more concentrated source.

Fish get their Omega-3s by eating smaller fish that consume sea vegetation. That’s why wild-caught and grass-fed animals often contain healthier fat profiles compared to grain-fed ones.

Some of the top benefits of fish oil include:

  • Heart health

  • Reduced inflammation

  • Support for ADD/ADHD

  • Balanced cholesterol levels

  • Joint and immune health

  • Healthy skin and hair

  • Pregnancy support

  • Help with depression and arthritis

  • Aid in weight management
